The SAEN website has no clear instruction for those who oppose animal abuse to report any incidents they may see in their everyday life.
“We believe through our report feature on SAEN, this solution can reduce animal abuse by 11% in Ohio and motivate the users help end abuse and spread awareness.

Since COVID disrupted air travel for millions of Americans, frequent and occasional fliers face long delays, inadvertent rescheduled travel plans and massive cancellations.
The solution is Refresh. Refresh is a revolutionary mobile app that allows the user to interact with their favorite brands and retailers located inside airport terminals. This app personalizes a different experience for the user while they are waiting for their rescheduled, delayed or cancelled flight eliminating frustration.
It tried to model my protoype off JetBlue which ranked high in my competitor analysis
The app tested high on usability. On further interactions I want to include seat arrangement choices and booking trackings.

The homebuying process is complicated and intimidating to potential buyers. Many potential buyers face the challenge of a lack of knowledge of the most important things they need to know about home loans. How might we simplify the process and show qualified and motivated candidates how simple and easy buying a home can be?
The solution is the SafeHaven app. Users trust Safehaven becuase they know they can get in touch with a local agent anytime at their convience. They can self-educate themselves and are reassured about getting the best value before they apply for a loan.
A payment Calculator, a pre-approval application, intnteractive YouTube style HD videos and 24/7 agents were featured we iterated based on user test.
In future testing, our team would like to include a community feature, home searches, and maybe a scam detector.

Finding outdoor activities can take a long time and involves several complex steps. This means outdoor enthusiasts can often miss out on going to outdoor areas as often as desired.
The solution is that the Outdoors app makes this process quicker and easier, which will be a positive for users’ overall health, wellness and life satisfaction.
We discovered the majority our users had a preference for attending parks with little to no crowds and designed a crowd meter to depict density.
For interation we added an emergency contact ping feature for user safety
